Wet Starling

Found this little guy sat on the fence in the rain at the airport whilst waiting for a plane to take off. Anybody else seen a ringed starling?

odd never seen a Starling wearing a ring before ? Although all sorts of birds do get ringed nowadays just for research.Nice catch
