A Bee with my new camera

I took this shot this evening, I was trying out the 20D I recieved from Chris L, and i'm quite impressed it's a nice camera to use.

wow that is very good... how do you go about setting up for a shot like that?

I have to own up to being able to cheat a little, this little fellow was a bit worn out so I gave him a little tonic and while he was resting I got the shot, it then flew off.
