Hi

My first post here .. this was taken @ 1/200, F11.
Canon 400D + Canon 100 macro + Kenko tubes, handheld and normal flash ... I Like the spider it is a Wasp Siper and it was having a wasp for lunch . . .

Yes it is England ... is in London near Arsenal Station ...

Nice set of shots Hernando, I like wasp spiders but don't see them as often as I would like.

Hi Hernando, iv never seen one of those!! and i can see the Arsenal stadium from here!! i hope they only live your side of Seven Sisters Rd!! i HATE spiders!! lol...

thanks for your comments .... It is very difficult to find a wasp spiders as they hide at grass level (near the ground).
Fraggle101, there is nature rserve at Gillespie road , next to the Arsenal station, not a big place but it is nice, I go there every other week.

That's one evil looking wee beastie for sure! Great shots though. I feel for the poor creature he or she has under wraps to feast on later.
