Went on Saturday and enjoyed it, although would have liked to get a bit closer, alot more and higher fencing than at Brands.
Anyway hope you like.

I was there on Sunday but nearly all my action shots were very poor.
Got some really nice paddock shots *** :)

some cracking shots there:). All mine had the fence in:shrug:
Not sure what happened to the number 8 Megane but I got a picture of it back at the paddock in bits! Driver most unhappy.

Some good panning work but they look as if they could use some sharpening to make them pop a bit more......

I found a gap in the fence opposite the marshalls in the picture. It was layered so I could stand by one part and pan along the fence and the when the car came past get it, I got alot of the fence in many of the shots. Also other people kept coming in and standing in front and then getting told to move by the marshall.
I am very frustrated with my Tamron lense, it seems that I am either not using it properly or it's just simply not a sharp lense.
Not a fan of selective colour in the first one, and there's too many of the same subject (Megane Trophy)
Pic #7 is the best of the ones here

Hey, nice pics!
I was there on the Satuday as well. I was hoping the weather would of been a bit brighter but still had a great day.
My pics are here: Renault World Series, Donington (http://www.nathanthorpe.co.uk/RenaultWorldSeries/index.html)

Nathan, some nice shots there, I was trying to get the car you have in your 5th shot as I thought it had a good colour livery to it but non came out.

Thanks!
Yeah I know what you mean, I think I took around 400 shots and only a 3rd were really any good. I was mainly practicing my panning (down to 1/80th on a few of those) so the keeper rate was quite low :(
Still a very enjoyable day though. Thankfully I only live 10 minutes away and know the back routes so no sitting in traffic for me :)
