:p I think Frank was closest. Its one of things anyone that passes the Thames [ and other industrial tidal rivers] has seen and probably never noticed...A cormorant perch, though of course, those gulls use them too. IIRC I shot this early one morning from Millennium Bridge and is heavily cropped in.
