Hi all! :wave:

I'm Daniel.
Been watching this forum for a week or so, trying to pick up any tips etc.

I'm a complete beginner to SLR's. I've just bought my first SLR. The Olympus E-510.

So I'm just playing about with it at the moment, getting used to all the functions. And I've yet to read the manual!

Anyway, I've not had chance to go out places and take photos yet, so this one was taken in the back garden.

Photo has just been cropped. No further editing was made.

A Nice first attempt, the front of the bee's body looks just a little soft to me, but it's a damn sight better than my first macro.
