Hi

I want to put a copy right onto some of my images which go online, I was told the easiest way to do this was to create a separate image file with the copyiright info on and then to drag this as a new layer onto the pic which I want to upload.

I am struggling to make this images transparant except for the text, any pointers would be welcome

Thanks

Rob

Just change the transparency on the text layer in the layers palette to 50% or so. Is this what you mean?

:thankyou:
That's what makes this forum so good... there I was thinking (tricky for me at the best of times:D) how to get a consistent copyright sig on pics. I should have looked here first then I'd have more time for

Also setup an action for this and assign it to a function key ie. F5, best and quickest ay off doing it as you do not have to reload the file every time you want to add the signature.
