I actually processed this three times, with different settings, starting afresh each time.

I think these two are a little too saturated, and I couldn't really get rid of what I saw as obvious haloing around the centre section (the people and the pier sign).

I cant see the haloing, and think I prefer the 3rd one slightly as it just seems a bit more summery...I know that sounds twee, but the original just looks slightly threatening where as the lighter effect of the third just fits the shot slightly better for me.

Still a damn good capture!
