Southport Air Show - 21/09/07

First attempt at an air show, using a borrowed camera with a 300mm lens (equiv)

Too far back as the family did not want to go on the beach, and the weather was crud, so be gentle.

Going to have a go at some PP on them to improve them as they are a little dissapointing, but hey they can only get better :D

I'm with Robert, there's some good shots in there, the Red Arrows and fast jets in general I think are blooming hard to get right in good conditions - you've managed to get the shots in slightly less favourable conditions, nice one :)

For me - there's one on your flickr set of the Typhoon with a bit of vapour coming off the back of the jet that does it for me! :)

I think the red arrows shots are really great 1 & 2 especially.

there are some nice shots there for your first time you`ve done well. considering the lighting was not the best. not bad at all
