help needed please

i took this shot on my 30d in raw.i can view this shot through picassa with no problem at all.
but when open up rawshooter it loads all raw files like this,i have tried uninstalling rawshooter and then reinstalling it but still the same problem.

I've had this problem, are you using an AMD Processor? I heard that this was the problem, and sure enough I moved onto a similar machine running Intel and it was dandy.

Not saying that's the reason, but it might be worth trying...

i'm running a intel dual core 2 chip.

Rawshooter essentials doesn't support 30d raw, Rawshooter pro (the last version) does. I had the same issue after swapping to a 30d. I suggest lightroom :).

I was lucky with my 5d files then as RS opens them :eek:

I use Breezebrowser and had to upgrade it when I got the 30d too as the older version wouldn't open the files.
