Good question CT, Mobile phone one - compatible with a Blackberry

I dunno about the Blackberry compatible bit, but I'm using a Motorola headset with a a Samsung phone and it's fine. It has excellent standby time- I charge around once a month, I never lose the connection, it has good loud reception. I can answer calls with one touch of a button on the earpiece and using the the volume buttons on the earpiece I can scroll through recent calls, so there's no need to touch the phone in the car at all.

The only thing with it is it doesn't fit my ear that well , there's no danger of it dropping off, but if I tilt my head sideways it sort of hangs away from my ear which is annoying.

Hi pete - I use a Jabra with my Crackberry - forget which model but its the ear wrap-around type with small boom mike. Works a treat

Jabra JX10 - I always buy this one. And yes, I do lose a few :)

I don't like the loop around the ear and some newer ones now have a fixed loop. And I don't like the soft plastic doings that intrude into the ear - like the Jabra 250 and series.

The JX10 is much smaller than most. It will stay in my ear if I want, and be comfortable. It can be 'parked' in an air vent in my car and easily and quickly grabbed and put into place. And the sound quality at both ends of the call seem to be superior to most.

and I've used the JX10 with both the BlackBerry 8700 and 8800.

Thanks guys, JX10 it is. I found it on netstick.com for £25 delivered which sees like a bargain compared to other sites...
