I use one as my standard walkabout lens (bought from another member on here) and am very pleased with it. The colour saturation and overall 'quality' of the images it produces seem far better than the kit lens. It's also nice when using with filters as the barrel doesn't rotate and with the extra width and length the lens offers, I hardly ever need to change it.
