I'm trying to sort out my lens collection so that I'm a bit less like a walking camera store.
My Sigma 55-200 and 70-300 are leaving to make room for a Sigma 17-70 and my kit lens will get consigned to a box untill I upgrade my 400D.
This will leave me with the 17-70, my Sigma 70-200 EX 2.8 and my Sigma 135-400 APO 4.5-5.6. My question is would it be a good idea to get a 1.4x and a 2x converter for my 70-200 which would give me a 98-280 f4 and a 140-400 f5.6 and make my bag lighter to the tune of a 135-400. I'm fairly sure that IQ would be fine with the 1.4x but I'm not sure about the 2x:shrug:
Thoughts please:help:
