CS3-HDR- How do i save to jpeg

Hi
Just done my first HDR image in CS3, but can only save it as a PSD, TIFF, PSB, EXR, PBM, or HDR file.
How do I save it as a file that I can upload to my gallery? :thinking:

All my other pics I have saved in CS3 as JPEG, resized less than 160k which upload no problem.

Convert it to 8bit. Image menu.
