It's good art but essentially a photograph of someone elses art. To make the picture your own you'd need to catch people/anything in front of it to put a different context into it..

I'm not sure it was meant to be a good photograph.. I just think he was just trying to show us this pretty nifty 'graffiti'...

Nice art, prob done by the tattoo artist. Many of them start off as graffiti/street artists.
