View Full Version : What do you think... refection
shot this today not really thought what to do about it yet. Image was tonemapped or pseudo HDR if you wish. I thought about taking stairs out also cleaning up edge of building. Was nice refection off window. i quite like shot possibly because the refection is quite intense without tonemapping. its actually BBC Scotland building hence title

I like it, I would be tempted to crop on the left to the top of the top step.
i was but left it alone for time being.
 Yep, like it, good strong reflection. For a crop I would just go to bottom step, as there seems to be some kind of archway reflected and going to top step would chop some of it off. Also, maybe a little straightening using the skew tool or a PTLens type plug in would do it no harm at all. However, I have to say, its a great capture and very well spotted.

I like it overall too, I find myself looking into the reflection naturally and searching the view.
I agree about cropping in someway though, its bitty in the refection details and the extraneous ones just add to that distraction.

I quite like it as it is. Cropping removes some of the context.
