Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this forum and I thought it would just be a great place to hang out and share my photos with others, as well as learn more about photography. I am by no means a professional photographer but I really enjoy taking photos, I especially love animal photography.
By the way, just incase you wanted to know, I'm 18 years old and I'm from Australia.
I hope to make new friends here! :)
Erin

Hi Erin, welcome to the forums, I must warn you now there will be an air of jealousy from me I'm afraid. What with you getting to live in Australia, and I'm stuck here in the UK...:D
Just kidding.
I'll go and have a look at your photos now.
Welcome to the forums, enjoy the place, rest your surfy legs, and have a virtual cuppa :)

Hi Dod and Marcel! :)
Marcel - Ooh I'll trade places with you if you want, I even like rainy & cold weather! I think the UK would suit me just fine. We're currently heading into summer and I'm dreading the humid weather...

Quoted for proof and evidence...You can't back out now :p
I do like cold weather myself, and TBH I'm really looking forward to winter. It is my favourite time of year, getting snug and warm with a hot mug of tea, sat near a window while I'm all warm, watching the snow, wind, and rain not 2 feet away.
I'm not overly keen of summer really. I tend to find it too sticky, clammy / close, and unbearable...my face tends to leak too much during summer hehe.
That said, I'd still love to visit Oz sometime, such a lovely place.
Welcome aboard Erin. :thumb:
Welcome Erin :)
Love your home country...was over in Sydney for trial run of New Years fireworks in 99....... great weather, great people, great beer....well nearly ;)
So where in Oz are you actually ?
ok, so come on, do i HAVE to be the one to say it?
g'day?
(sorry, couldn't help myself)
Hope you have fun here, this place has taught me loads already. Although apparently not when to keep my bad jokes to myself.

g'day Sheila ;)

Hi there

Welcome Erin, Nice to have overseas members on-board.
Look forward to seeing your work.. :thumb:
PS: I am another lover of your native country and would love to see Sydney harbour and other landmarks.. :)
Maybe Marcel will break his piggy bank open and treat all our UK members to a holiday over there.. :woot:
G'day Erin.
Judging by your first shots posted elsewhere, you will be at home here.

Thanks everyone, I never expected to get such a big welcome, it's really lovely! :)
Maybe my introductory should have been like this:
"G'day ev-ree-one, how ya doin'?" :D
Marcel - Oh ok then.. Well I have the same views as you on summer, I'd rather it be winter all the time (though I know our winter isn't exactly the same as the one you experience in the UK).
