Following on from earlier posts of my day out at the sea side on Friday with my new 10 stop filter.

Hi, Russell, I like the composition and simplicity of the photograph. You've maintained some nice detail in the sky.

My only quibble is the water looks like's it's just calm. The 10 stopper photographs that I really like give the impression, if that's the word, of movement.

10 stopper....that's one thing on my shopping list.

Nice shot and use of the 10 stop. Which one have you got?

We were there a few weeks ago taking similar shots. As with ours it would have been nice to get a split between the level of the jetty and the horizon.

I was going to make the same observations because I thought I'd heard/read that before but wasn't sure of the 'correct' composition.

The filter is a B&W single coated nd 3.0 1000X, on reflection i totally agree with Andy and yourself regarding the horizon and jetty.
