FAQ : How to archive your threads in the Classifieds

As soon as your deal is complete and both parties are satisfied, then you may archive your thread.

To do this, open the thread and click the following three things in this order :

Your thread will now be archived.

might be worth adding that you can't open a new thread in the classifieds until the old ones are archived? took me a while to figure that out first time round

You are allowed a maximum of two current 'live' threads in each classifieds forum. A system is in place to prevent any more. Therefore, it's in everyone's best interest if you archive your completed threads after all parties have stated that they are satisfied with the transaction.

Please don't archive them until you have confirmation posted in the thread that the person you've conducted the transaction with is happy with the goods.
