Ok this is gonna be a ball ache!!
Anybody who has any images on Alamy now needs to update the details of every image they have with them. When you look at images that you have for sale there are now a load of check boxes that need ticking,
does this picture contain people
do you have model release
does it contain buildings
do you have property release
is it a cut out
etc etc etc.
Just thought Id let everybody know.

It is not such a big deal. Only took me a few minutes to get all the stuff updated.

The more anoying thing is the longer and longer lead times for passing QC. I mean 25 days?

The meeting at the end of this month will be interesting. I certainly have a few questions for them.

I don't think my 4 will take long to do, but as you say Marcel, people with loads won't find this a fun excercise.

I would have quite a number more to update, but I got like 200 stuck in the QC queque. I try not to have too many photos that require model or property releases on there.

But yeah when the last batch of photos went through and I discovered that I had to update all my photos I was a little bit ****ed, but after discovering how quick it was to update, I realised that (for me at least) it was a non-event.

It took me several hours rearranging the keywords the rest wasn't too bad

I have just realised that I have not yet done this step.... :( Looks like more work for this week....

So does the main keywords come up higher when you do a search? Maybe I should read in their forums.
