I was at the Lakeland wildlife oasis and got a nice shot of some small 4 legged thing. Unfortunately I think he/she might have been mid dump...it was lying down all innocent like so I didn't notice until I got home.

Is it something that can be rescued or one you just chalk up to misfortune and go back?!

One minutes work with the clone stamp tool in Elements 10. Since you've allowed editing but disabled downloading the large Flickr version, I had to use the small version of the photo in your post. A zoologist might notice something missing but I doubt that the average viewer would.

Edit: Ooops! Lightroom seems to have taken out some of the colour intensity, but you get the idea...

I wondered about the clone/healing type tools but didn't know whether they'd be too obvious with fur. Looks they aren't :thumbs:

If you have any problems with the Clone Stamp tool, such as repeating patterns, bits of fur, etc, a quick run over the area with the Spot Healing tool usually sorts it out.
