Sad to hear Evel died today.
Was a childhood hero to everyone my age.
but i must say, i thought he was already dead! was i the only one?

Not really heard much of him since I was a kid and now twice in a week, settled a legal issue with some rap star this week and now dies.

Sad news. I remember that Canyon rocket jump he did which went all wrong. He was really bottling that before the jump but he still went ahead and did it - he said cancelling was never an option. Respect!

I'm glad he has gone.
He caused nothing but heartache in our houshold when we were kids.

RIP EK. Being a pre-teen kid in the 70's only had a few 'celebs' that everyone knew, and he was one of them.
