Bit too HDR saturated for my taste, but tone it down a bit (remove the post) :) and I think you have a good shot there

as has been said the post spoils what could be a really nice shot, I think the HDR makes it a bit too cartoony when in real life it's probably quite a gritty dirty scene

I like it :) but then I like really saturated photos. I think I would have been tempted to tone down the green on the tree in the bottom right corner, as that bit just does seem too saturated for me. :thumbs: overall I like it though :)
