Hi all,

I've got to say this is a very very old shot one from the first and only time i went to the lake district and unfortunately i had very little knowlage of photography so my shot were pretty poor. I messed about in photoshop with this so what do you think.

Oh i noticed people have been posting shots bigger and ive seen people mentioning it, but if my picture is too big give me a shout and i will resize it :)

Sky is a bit blown, maybe a crop from the top right to place the boulder on the right and make the fall the focus of the shot.

that shot is VERY well composed, almost a perfect shot bar the blown out sky as was mentioned,, great foreground detail, a stream and small waterfall leading you into the picture, i'd be proud of that one, even with the sky as it is lol.

Have to agree. I love the composition. Detail is spot on, the image, forgive the pun, flows well, and guids the eye effectivly. I really like the complexity of the whole scene as well. Lovely work!

I like this, and although the sky is out, it's sufficiently obscured by the trees for it not to matter. I've got a couple of similar shots to this from summer excursions in the Peak District and wish they were half as good :)
