upgrades from cs2 to cs3?

Anyone willing to hazard a guess as to cs3 becoming available as an upgrade from cs2 as opposed to buying the full package?

Would be nice as the upgrades from cs to cs2 went for about a quarter of the full price of cs2:shrug:
