Hello all!

I've recently obtained my first DSLR, (upgraded from a Canon Powershot A95 to a Canon EOS 30D courtesy of my Dad!), and am just beginning the process of trying to get some decent pics on my Flickr account (http://www.flickr.com/photos/beerisforwinners/).

Hopefully I'll get some pointers and help from you all along the way!

(Any comments on my attempts so far will be appreciated :D)

First thing I'm gonna do now is to familiarise myself with the search functionality and look for some advice on sensor cleaning - got a few marks which appear in pics I've took which have clear sky in them....
