Hi FooFanDan! (awesome name :D) I am no expert, but here goes, just my 2p worth...

Both lovely shots, however its a shame about the blown out bit of water on the left in the first one, it kinda draws my eye to it.

The water in the second one is stunning! But the swan should have filled the frame more, seems to be more about the water than the swan.

What was on the right hand side to get that red reflection? :)

Thanks for looking, i know what you mean about the sun reflection on the first pic, but neither of them have been cropped so i might be able to take the focus away from that.

The red reflection is of a tree with really red leaves (picture taken in november) i was going to include it in the photo, but there was an old couple that just wouldn't move (and my photoshop skills are not quite that good yet to remove them after) But i like the colour reflection. This picture hasn't been cropped yet too, so i should be able to fill the photo with the swan a bit more.

Thanks again for looking!!

I could have sworn you wrote odd couple, I thought that seemed a bit harsh :D:D

Hi, Lovely swans, I agree with Betty though, try cropping them a bit? :)
