STICKY for bargain cameras / lenses ?

After missing out on some corkers on EBAY recently, plus seeing other postings on potentially good buys elsewhere, would a sticky be a good idea on the classified thread ?

For EBAY I would stick to "BUY IT NOW" only, as auctions are notorious for rising rapidly in last minutes.

i would agree to the 'Buy It Now' items where you see a bargain etc

however, as ebay and other sites are real auctions, i dont feel its fair to ' advertise ' a ' cheap ' item for all to see,
this may seem selfish , but it is fair to all to find your own items....with respect,

and if by advertising an item it drives the price up for all, who is getting a bargain in the end??

its a good idea for BIN items but not real auctions, i spent about 2 hours trawling looking for bargains and didnt really find much though!

I think these should just be posted in the "suppliers, shopping and Bargains" section. Its a lot of work to keep adding to and taking out of teh stickies plus Ebay type offers are usually only last about a week at the most and sometimes much less if they are Buy it now auctions.
