Just a quick hello to everyone from sunny (i wish) Yorkshire. Been lurking around the site for a few days and thought the right thing to do was to sign up and say hello. Currently dont really have much experiance in photography and looking to start up with some secondhand kit and give it a whirl. The Nikon D80 seem a popular starting point :thinking:

Anyway, thats the introductions over - questions will be along shortly :lol:

Well, i've got the D80 body (with thanks to Skypilot) just need a lens to get me started now

I'm sure there will be a million and one questions I need to ask about all those knobs and buttons when it comes and I get a lens sorted :(
