Got myself a nifty 50 compliments of Kerso so it's about time I had a play with it. These shots of my daughter aren't composistionally great but I thought I'd share them anyway. Enjoy:)

Yeah she's full of those, she can't hide her feelings. I need to get her and her brother into a studio at some point and try my hand at some potraiture.

:D Two lovely shots, love the energy in the first one (looks like she's a showjumper! ;)) and what a cheeky face in the second

Thanks mmcp42 It's that strange light you get from energy saving bulbs, still I shot in raw so I can adjust the white balance I think:thinking:

Thanks Vinny - It's the Canon 50mm f1.8 - feels like a childs toy but is a cracking little lens. I'm enjoying using it because it's forcing me to think about composition in camera rather than cropping etc.

Thank you LP. Thats exactly what she was doing:thumbs: She'd set out a course and was in mid leap over one of the fences, I'm expecting the request for a pony any day now:)
