Gallery Image Descriptions?

It appears that the Descriptions of individual images in the gallery, plus the ability to add them, have gone?

Yup, turned them off a while ago. They were very rarely used, and its an extra database call, so in the interests of keeping the forums quick, they were turned off :)

Is that what happened to the "multi upload" option as well?

Indeed it was. It was timing out for many many people, using the multi upload, so we reduced it :)
