bought a Giottos MM 9570 Aluminium Monopod off eBay which arrived today , have to say its a great bit of kit really sturdy and light takes up to 12kg and when extended more then tall enough for me at 6'3". also a really good price only used once for a demo, came with bag £28 :D inc next day delivery. from this company www.johnsons-photopia.co.uk
