With the much needed and anticipated regeneration of the town where i live looming closer i thought it might be a good idea to capture some images from the old town before they are gone forever. It's a dirty old London overflow town that hasn't changed much in many many years. Just google Bracknell and no doubt you will find a lot of derogatory information about it. 'Muggers paradise', 'chav city' etc etc.

The pictures i have taken are not meant to convey any kind of beauty as there isn't any of that here to portray, just how dirty filthy and in need of ripping down this place is.:D

Works for me! - great shot. Dunno about the reflection of the tree on the building though.

Good shot although not sure about the street lamp, I keep getting drawn to it rather than the whole image :)

I like the processing you've done

I really like that! i think it definitely conveys the message u wanted...i like the tree reflection, it looks kind of ghostly and spindly and think it adds to the whole idea of the town being decayed and old. only my opinion :)

I'd crop out the lamp, that whole section feels wrong. Also the tone mapping has created some odd effects with the windows. It does that with very fine lines.

I like the lamp in the bottom, but then I like shots with sections within it. I like the processing and the tree shadow :) very nice

No, thats something else. Its to do with the tone mapping. I don't know how to fix it so generally I dump the image if it looks too distracting. Your 2nd image is leaning to the left.

My company's head office is in Bracknell - I go there quite often. I think you may have chosen one of the more picturesque parts to photograph.

I think the post production is a little overdone - I wonder if you have tried desaturating the whole image a little which would give it a bit of that urban decay feel?

I prefer the 1st one  but I think I would lose the lower lampost I find it a bit "over bearing"

The 1st one is the best, although the lampost can be distracting. I prefer the sky from the second, it looks shamefully bland in the first (perhaps thats a good thing).
