430EX/580EX Off Camera Help!

I've currently got a 430EX, which I do have a lightsphere for but I'm considering changing to a Stofen because I find the lightsphere a little large!

I'm going to get a 580EX II so that I can have both cameras with Flashguns at the same time and not have to move a single gun between them.

Now, I'd like to try some off camera flash stuff - while the 580EX II is on camera I can trigger the 430 using that and when they're both off camera I'll use one of the eBay radio kits.

My questions are:

Are the Stofens good?

Can anyone suggest stands and softboxes/umbrellas for the 430EX and 580EX II?

I believe a similar thread was started recently regarding mounting the lights on stands. Try this (http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=44605).

I've got a Stofen on my shopping list, as I've heard good reports but haven't yet got any first-hand experience.
