I would like to learn more about exposure, lighting, composition etc.
Was wondering if anyone could suggest some good books to read on the different subjects of photography. Would appreciate it a lot.
Thanks.

did a quick forum search for you: http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=41534&highlight=books
there is still no substitute to getting out to a book shop though. with the increase in interest in photography they are always well stocked

Without a doubt one of the best books you can get is:
understanding exposure by Bryan Peterson
I'm sure many others will endorse this book too.

Absolutely! Fantastic book, and the first one I read, and read.
Also, John Shaw's 'Closeups In Nature' is very good if you're into that sort of thing. Its based on film cameras, but the priciples still apply to digital.

BookButler (http://www.bookbutler.co.uk) is good for finding the cheapest price for a book.
