Taken from a bouquet of flowers I was given for my birthday. The lilies were a bit overpowering so I put the vase in the garden and then it rained and then I got my macro lens out......

Nice shot I like the colours and the detail in the droplets, altho feel it might have done well with a slightly wider dof to bring all the droplets into sharp focus on the front petals.

cool! its not a cluttered background, thats why i asked, normally in a garden there are all sorts of odds and sods getting in the way!

the lens blurs the background really well 60mm Nikkor Macro

yeah its good, there is no colour variation or anything else there, so it works very well!
