Wedding contract and Booking form

Hello all ;)
I will shoot a friend wedding next month, I won't charge him anything but because I will use some of these pictures on my upcoming website and my portfolio I would like to have some contract and a booking form to avoid problems, I have found some samples on google for Booking form but can't find anything interesting for contract, does anyone know where I can get an up to date copy of contract ?

It's not a contract you're after, a contract is used when you're getting paid, without payment you can't enter into a contract.

A model release would suffice in your situation.

Surely its payment in kind, like TFP arrangements?

You should probably get somehting in writing regardless, just to specify the scope of what has been agreed. For example what service are you providing? Is it just coverage or are you supplying prints as well?

Just get a basic bit of paper saying what you are going to provide and that in return you are allowed usage for promotional purposes.
