I like the last 2 the best :) love the sky, and the colours in the last one :)
#2 and the last 2 for me Ken, i would be trotting up that hill with the tree in #2 and getting some of that on its own!
Wow Ken those are all great shots! #5 is fantastic! I agree with Matty, go for a walk up the hill to get a shot of that tree! :)

Getting the hang of this landscape lark aren't we?
My toes are all of a sudden very very cold now...lol
Nice shots :)
The first 2 shots are of shots I took last year with my compact, I liked and printed and they looked good to me.....so had to go and get them again with the 350. It's funny though cos if you can cast your mind back, these were some of the first pics I ever uploaded here and the one with the small tree....I did take with just that tree in and was told it didn't quite work.:D oh well! :) Still to be honest I didn't run up the hill then, just zoomed in. I'm pleased you like them, makes the trip into the cold worth it....and it was very cold. I spent all day out down and around the river and it's the first time I've seen so many people round there since I was a kid. I think word got round that I was going out with the camera, so everyone went down to trample the snow:hissyfit: And the best part was after a quick phone call home....to find on my arrival, a nice hot meal and a pot of tea to warm me up......ahhhhh!
Thanks again.
Ken.
