Just a snapshot take today whilst out for a walk, wasn't planned or posed but I kinda like it.

Really like that Mikey - I'm thinking - what's she thinking? Did they have a barney?!
Glad to see that someone got a reasonable sky today! Weather down here has been just awful for photography - AGAIN!

I love this shot. The focus is great and I really enjoy the composition. The colours are nice and vibrant too :)

Nice one Mike you might take a look at a tighter crop bringing Claire into full prominance on the left (chop off space at top and bottom and come in from left) makes a super perspective shot with grandad sort of going back in time shot.
Bill
I quite like it without the crop because it makes her seem quite alone. I fear it might lose that if it were cropped too tight?

I really like this shot. It has something about it that is quite mysterious. It made me keep wanting to look at it which is what good pics do. Well done
Chris :)
Hi Folks,
thanks for all the great comments, it was just a quick snap and wasn't setup at all so it just goes to show that sometimes the best ones are the unintentional or the lucky ones.
It was my first time out with the 50mm F1.4 and having seen this and my other shots taken that afternoon I am well impressed with it.
Here is another shot:

Now that one would probably benefit from a tighter crop and decentralise my daughter so to speak :)
Mike.
