By The Tay

I had it suggested to me that I post both version of my "By The Tay" photo up for the vote:
the original and a mono version of the same photo. I did add a touch of depth by adjusting the colour balance and a bit of dodge and burn.
Now I won't influence the decision either way, but which do you folks prefer?

As mentioned on IRC mate, Love the B&W version. Really suits it imho.

Also, as said on IRC... It's the purple in the sky... and on the rocks! lol, that is what spoils it for me. Otherwise, really like them both! :)

both good but mono for me, i prefer the clouds to the right in the black and white one.:clap: btw im no expert just a learner here

by the way: kit used... was the little canon 350D and a sigma 10-20mm @11mm and a monfrotto 055MF4 tripod

I really like the colour version! Lovely colours and i like the angle you've shot it from. I like the mono but feel i can look at the first one for much longer, and enjoy looking at it more if u know what i mean :)
