Yay its back :)
Was starting to get withdrawl symptoms with nothing to read at work.
Blumming cleaners in the datacentres no doubt unplugged us so their hoover would work.
Believe me - this thing happens :lol::lol:
:agree: Happened to me when I was working for a national builders merchants!
Luckily someone realised ;)
Then 2 weeks later the datacentre got flooded.... they weren't so quick to fix that!

Yup, its happened at work. I kept wondering why one of our NAS drives kept disconecting at night, making the backup fail. turned out it was the cleaner unplugging it to plug her hover in, resetting the NAS. :bonk:
I see the mods are in hiding I guess they are looking for a scapegoat as I type :D

I guess to many posts caused a melt down of the hamsters wheel :p
Am I the only one alarmed at my own reaction to TP's absence? Like waking up & finding your dog/wife/car/left leg/roof missing!!!

So you weren't particually bothered then? :D
Scared me witless I found myself having to work to compensate :bang: :D
Mine dropped out late last night, so actually went to bed! :cuckoo:
Hehe
Glad it's back.
Server got poorly very late last night, at about 11:15ish I think.
Sods law that I'd gotten an early night.
Two server resets didn't actually sort it.
Eventually had to get hold of someone to power cycle it, which seemed to do the trick.
I woke up this morning to about 7000 emails (I kid you not...more like 8k) with Database errors in them (I get an email everytime the database feels poorly), and no less than 19 MSN messages asking me if I knew the forums were down...or why were they down...lol
Nice to see so many people care :D
It's back up now, and the hamster has been kicked, just incase it feels like taking a break again.

Glad you're back though. I didn't realise how much I'd come to rely on TP for a good read.

Its probably too many users. We should start pruning some to ease the load on the server. I suggest starting with Olympus users.
Is it me or has 'New Posts' disappeared? :suspect:
