Three days.....

:help: Took me 3 days to get this picture, taken with tripod and wireless remote control. Picture is as it came off the camera...:shrug:...it's not quite right, how can this be improved please? I know you guys are great with Photoshop etc.

'Overcast day Canon 20D, 70-200 2.8 L Lens, ISO 400'. The sun is out now..Arghaaaaaaaaa. These beautiful Goldies only visit my garden in the mornings. :bang:

I think your main problms here an't be fixed with Photoshop, the feeder is the biggest thing in the image and is right in the middle completely taking focus off the birds, also the one bird is a beautiful profile while the other birds pose looks a little strange.

Don't get me wrong the picture is well exposed and the birds are pin sharp I just think the composition needs a rethink try a close crop on the bird on the left I'll bet it's nicer to look at.

Thank you Alex and Keith for your advice. I have cropped the picture and it does look better. As with Photoshop, I really must get to grips with it :thinking: :bonk::bonk:
I have ordered a Photoshop DVD from one of the Mags before Christmas, but they tell me they are out of stock and waiting delivery. :suspect:
