Does anyone use Canon's Digital Photo Professional for their RAW files then when you select "transfer to Photoshop"... photoshop opens but the image isnt there??

It's a know bug, I think the problem is with CS3 as it did work with earlier versions of Photoshop.

If you haven't tried it already, the latest version of Adobe Camera Raw might fix the problem.

you can get it from here (http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/cameraraw.html).

No! and Im annoyed.. as i was quite looking forward to giving this a go.

There are bugs and there are bugs... but not to be able to transfer to photoshop seems a rather HUGE one!

can't you just use photoshops raw plugin?

I prefer that over anything Nikon has got, software wise

Now don't ask me why, but mine has started to work.

I'm sorry but I have no idea at all why this has happened, I don't think I've upgraded anything, but in the last few days all is fine.

I thought is was because I changed the setting to transfer jpeg and not tiffs, but when I change back it transfers tiffs too. ???????????

UPDATE>> it seems to be a known problem... but I just realised if I have both dpp and photoshop open... then once Ive saved as a tiff in dpp.. then i can just drag that thumbnail onto the photoshop workspace for further editing.......voila!!!!
