At last, a sunny day off work! A friend and I popped down near the sea and shot some of the locals.

You shot some of the locals? :o hehe - I am not normally a fan of bird/duck photos, but you should be happy with those :) I have never managed to get a decently exposed shot of a swan, yours seems to be spot on! Very nicely done :thumbs:

Last one works best for me, first, although good (and well controlled whites), you have clipped his tail

Second-chimney pots need removing.

Last, good balance of exposure, and importantly, you have left him some empty space to swim into.

I was in two minds about the flying gulls, maybe I'll have a look at losing the roof top bits when I get 5 minutes.

Got a swan head too.

Really liking the duck shaking its head,its the pick of the bunch for me nice shark pic and a bit of action in the shot:clap::thumbs::clap:
