It used to be under 'Quicklinks' on the drop down menu.

There used to be in the quick links a bit that was showing who was online and what posts they were viewing, is that the bit you mean?

It was actually stopped from working when we were on the other server to reduce the number of calls on the database.
It's been missing for well over a week now :D

I've never really used it so not sure how it is supposed to work, but when I go to the TP homepage and scroll to the bottom I get a list of members currently online, when I click on one it takes me to their public profile page...not sure if that is what it is meant to do :shrug:

no, what they are saying is, that they are no longer able to see what each other is viewing when they click the currently active users link :D
