Any ideas welcome! Creative ideas welcomed more! :D:thumbs:
Maybe a slice or two of (Triangular) toast
and a couple or three of those small packs of butter and marmalade ( the type you nick from hotels)
unless of course its supposed to be all on its lonesome then I can't help sorry

Well the background is I got given this object for college to take a still life in the studio and "on location". I've done the studio one but dont have any ideas for location... which leads me to where we are now :)
Cobra, it can have anything in the photo, anything!

Well OK then in the studio as is, and on location, breakfast table, coffee cups, toast as previously suggested, along with marmite I meant marmalade obviously etc :D
Or what about taking it to a busy cafe, sit yourself down at a table near the counter so lots of people are walking by. Then set the shot up so that you're maybe at a 45 degree angle above the rack, set it to a slightly slow shutter and take the shot. Hopefully you'll get a nice image of a used rack (pop some toast in it, have a plate with a slice buttered, and a steaming cup of tea on a saucer...) with lots of busy motion blurred commotion in the back ground... Call it 'Relaxing Among The Chaos.
 My imagination went into over drive the
Are you supposed to make it look good? or think out of the box-ish?
I'm thinking manky kitchen counter, rack loaded with burnt toast, butter all over it.
or, rack on a pristine plate with beautiful toast in it with a dribbling of melted butter round the plate (nouvelle cuisine stylee) and a chef dropping a sprig of parsley on top as a finishing touch.
how bout a beach in the maldives, with lots of sunbathers toasting themselves in the background(do you get paid travel expenses???)
how about a model wearing nothing but a toast rack over her strategically placed arm/wrist.

Following on from this idea...how about taking a table, chairs, table cloth, plates etc and the toast rack to an unusual location (middle of the beach or if you are brave a shopping centre!)
