Good composition and angles but they are all a bit over exposed and out of focus. A bit more practice with the focus on panning and maybe a slightly higher F stop will help.

Looks like some good shots there only thing i would say is some of the sky is blown and the water marks stop you from viewing the picture properly:shrug:

They're looking better then the last lot - you're in closer and they are more dramatic - the low view point works well - keep an eye on exposure (over) and focusing (soft) - maybe take your exposure from the rider's face - this would be a good place to focus on as well - single point focus?
For me #3 is the best -clean background - good exposure - sharp
#2 nearly there - a bit tight on the helmet - background maybe a bit busy for some
#5 nearly there - you can blame the rider for this one - missed their pose!
Good effort - keep them coming

Yep definitely an improvement on your first submission. The composition is a lot better. But they are out of focus. Looking at the EXIF what camera mode are you using - it says normal (is that full auto program?). Also your are using ISO400 - with the sun today you could have probably got away with a slightly lower ISO, wider aperture and faster shutter.
I am no expert but if I was trying to do these sort of shots I would use single (centre) AF point selection in AI Servo mode. Use a the Shutter priority mode and try and up the shutter speed a bit from what you were using in the shots above.
Keep at it. You're getting there...

thanks for the comments.
it was on priority mode, single point centre focus, partial metering, AI servo.
i was struggling with getting correct exposure on the rider which was causing the over explosed sky, but correct sky meant a dark rider, this was mainly due to the direction of the sun and angle i was shooting at.

which is why you need fill in flash, to lift the shadows but expose the sky correctly
