The mist and fog has been lingering in the area all day today. I decided to head to the Humber Bridge in time for the sunset.
This first shot was taken about a mile away from the south tower.

These next two were taken from either side of the bridge with about 40 minutes to go until sun down.

Still about 30 minutes until sunset and I could see the mist was returning over on the north side.

The sun had gone down by now and the sky was all shades of pastels - no clouds just pastel colours. The fog was really creeping up now.

And now my last photo of the day, and the fog had almost obscured the whole bridge. By the time I had packed up my camera, tripod and got back to the car, the fog was all around and the bridge had 'vanished'.
