Hi Ally, really unsure about the pea pods. Like no1 but you have got some clipping on the plate on the left which spoils it a bit. :)

Hi Ally. I think your ideas are excellent - the jelly looks very tasty! I find the graphic on the plate slightly distracting I'm afraid - each time I look at the shot it draws my eye. I also feel that the back of the plate rather blends into the background - not too sure how you would sort that out though?

Jury's out on the pea pods too I'm afraid - I don't think it;s obvious what you're looking at, but unfortunately it doesn't work for me as a "what the heck is that" type shot, either.

Thanks for the comments guys

That is a bit annoying where the plate blens into the background, just need to be a bit more careful how I light the subject. That logo is annoying too, but I really liked the shape of the plate :)

If the plate was turned anti clockwise the logo may not show if you got the angle right, and to stop the plate blending would a slightly darker but still plain background help?

Love the first shot, first pee one is nice but not transparent enough the second pee is more but too dark in foreground almost looks like fingers in front of it than pods.
Nice work there the first smashing apart from plate edge and writing but the jelly really draws your eye to itself
