Here I have a few pic's from the rally. They aren't very good but I tried,it was the first rally with the D SLR and only my second rally.

they're not bad at all mate, was a cracking day out wasn't it :)

I prefer 3,4 and 5 out of those. The first maybe has a slightly slow shutter speed leaving it a bit blurred for me. The two in portrait format don't work so well for me, it can be done but it needs a lot of thought about composition to avoid having a lot of wasted space :)

Yeh it was a great day out, amazing weather all day. I only tried the portrait method a few times and as you said it just doesn't work. Thanks

You going to make it to the Speyside and Granite City? Might be worth trying to get some meets arranged for them :)

Well would love too but unfortunately I am too young to drive and most likely wont be able to get a lift:(.
